We currently ship from the United Kingdom and offer delivery across the UK, Ireland, and selected European countries.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by their destination country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, size, or fit.
We only offer exchanges or replacements in the rare event that an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact Us page. Our team will review your request and arrange an exchange if approved.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start an Exchange
Please submit a message via our Contact Us page including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the fault.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by postal carriers.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return postage on exchanged items unless the item is deemed faulty.
